Dell Inspiron N5030
I have two Dell inspiron N5030's operating on Windows 7 64 bit.
The laptop has 3 USB ports, 2 next to the charger and a seperate one. The seperate one works ok but the remaining 2 are dead. Both laptops are suffering with the same problem.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled them via the Device Manager and upgraded the Chipset software from the Dell website but without success.
Can anyone assist in rectifying this problem.
