Dell Inspiron with US-keyboard

I bought 2 dell notebook 4/5 years ago and I configured both with Win-US version and US-keyboard (that is what you need for programming code (keys '(' '[' '{'  instead of a', e' i' o' u' .... or other italian letters). I must now renew my notebook and there is no choice to buy with that US configuration. Is there any option ? Thanks
