Dell Latitude 2120
I work for a non profit organization who purchased a number of netbooks Latitude 2120. I need the OS (Windows 7 Home Premium) to reinstall the OS on some of the netbooks. There are numerous issues as to why the netbooks need the OS reinstalled. Blue screens, viruses are a few. I've tried the repair tool, Microsoft tools but nothing works.
Can I get some help please?
Thanks...... Rachet

if the systems have product keys on them, have the seller transfer the ownership to you - then you can request the reinstall DVD. If there is no product key on the system, you'll need to purchase a copy of Windows for each system you have (many businesses license Windows in volume - that license remains with the business when the system is sold).
If the systems still have the quick restore of Windows on them, you can restore them to factory shipped condition by pressing F8 a few times before windows loads (choose repair, then restore).

The non profit purchased the netbooks from Dell. No media came with laptops. There is no partition with an image on it. Some of the laptops are less than a year old. I just need the OS.
