Dell Latitude 7202 Tablet Buttons not Illuminated

None of the front facing buttons (Rotate, Volume Down, Volume Up, Windows, P1, P2 and P3) are illuminated.  This makes using the tablet very difficult while driving at night (the tablet is mounted in my Jeep).

I cannot find in any of the Dell utilities where I can turn on and off the illumination of these buttons.  How do I do this?

Hi mbmast,

You should be able to alter the settings using the Rugged Control Center:

Check under the "Customizing the Dashboard" section. Make sure that stealth mode is turned off too.

Where exactly are these settings?  I launch Rugged Control Center and click on Dashboard.  Nowhere do I see anything having to do with the brightness of the front panel push buttons.  Similarly, I don't see anything obvious on the Settings tab.

Please clarify how the illumination of the front panel buttons can be adjusted.
