Dell Power Companion PW7015M Missing 4.5 mm Power Output Cable

I purchased the Dell Power Companion and it came with two 7.4 mm Power output cables, rather than including a 4.5 mm cable. I am thus unable to use this with my Dell new XPS 13.

There is no independent part # for the 4.5 mm power output cable, and my multiple discussions with Dell have proven unfruitful. They are unable to send me a 4.5 mm cable. Per my request, they sent a 7.4 mm to 4.5 mm adapter, but I still want the native cable. Is there any way I can get one??
