Dell Promotions

I purchased a Dell Mini about 3 months ago on the premise that there was a rebate. The promo was for a Dell Mini and At&t wireless card for $99.00 . I paid about @399.00 for the "Mini" and waited for the Rebate info to arrive . It naver did. Now Dell says they never had a promo. I purchased off the web site where the promo was advertised. Whats up with that???
