Dell Touch pad Properties will not open up on Studio XPS 1640 with windows 10
I cannot get the Dell touchpad properties to open up. Clicking on the icon in the task bar shows "Properties" but clicking on it nothing happens.
Touch pad appears to work properly but there is no way to customize it.

So… the touchpad works normally but it cannot be customized. All gestures are available?

no gestures are not. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers but still nothing.
