Dell XPS 13 - How to restore Power Profile after fresh Win7 install

I have a recent Dell XPS 13 Ultrabook (less than 7 months old).  due to a corruption of the SSD, i had to do a complete fresh install of Windows 7.  i took the opportunity to start afresh, and also to reduce the amount of bloatware that gets installed. i did a fresh install of Windows 7 - everything is installed. 

However, i noticed after my fresh install that the Dell Power Profile that came with it is missing.  i only have the Windows 7 power profiles installed. anybody have any idea on how i can restore or recreate the Dell Power/Battery Profile for the XPS13?
