Hello Dell community,
Yesterday , around 5 pm , I received the delivery of XPS 13.
I turned on the new XPS and it worked really smoothly. I did some registration of computer and windows updates. Approx Usage time : 4 hours maximum!! . I turned off the XPS and went home. After few hours when I tried to turned on the XPS again , This Brand new XPS could not turn on . I checked the battery and it was showing 4 points around 80% charge was there. Since then I am unable to turn on this new XPS 13.
I recorded the video of whole event and before that tried to search on dell community to find out the possible solution of the problem and I followed the procedure mentioned by dell engineer (http://en.community.dell.com/support-forums/laptop/f/3518/t/19478251) but still it is not turning on.
Guys , its not even 24 hours and i was really excited to have this machine. Tried all the possible solutions from Dell community but not turning on .
Please help me out.

We understand your concern. Once you power on the system,
1. Do you see the Dell logo?
2. Do you see LED glowing on the power button?
3. What is the LED status when the adaptor is plugged in and when the adaptor is not plugged in?
Also, private message the following,
1. Service tag
2. Registered owner’s name of the system
3. Email address
