Dell XPS 15- Receiving 0xc00000e9 Error

Hello all. My Dell XPS 15 shut off suddenly while it was installing the updates before the laptop turns off. Then now when I try to turn it on. It shows the 'Windows Error Recovery'  And when I choose 'Launch Startup Repair'  it goes to 'Windows Loading Files....' Then after is when I receive the 0xc00000e9 Error. I have also chosen all the other options such as: Safe Mode, Start Windows Normally, Start from Last System Restore, and it still goes to the 'Windows Loading Files...' and then receiving the same error. Someone please advise. Thank you.
