Dell XPS Laptop wont let me log in
My laptop has been fine up until now. I go to very first screen and I type in my password and it tells me my password is incorrect. I have restarted it and even tried to reset my password but then it says that I needed a disk to restart it with but I have never needed that before. I hold down enter and it starts to do the welcome but then stops after 30 secs or so and says incorrect. Any thing that you can tell me would be very appriciated

Try using ease of access center which is at the left bottom of the screen. Select that and choose the onscreen keyboard option. Also try to login using an external keyboard if available. Reply with your findings.
