Unfortunately, there has been no information with providing Windows 10 support or creating any Windowsn10 drivers for the Inspiron 5520. That does not mean that Windows 10 will not install on your computer and install the imbedded drivers. I have seen other users here in the forum that have successfully installed Windows 10 on much older computers.
