Hello...does anyone knows if my dell inspiron 7720 is able to support the maximum resolution ( 3440x1440) of a 34 ultrawide monitor?

Even if you can get it to work (and that's likely possible over VGA only - not HDMI on this model), you likely won't be pleased with the performance -- this system is 4-5 years old, and pushing that much video data through an aging GPU likely will result in unacceptable performance.

Finally the laptop is able to support this resolution (3440x1440) via hdmi.
I recently bought the LG 34UC97 and despite i thought that the systems maximum supported resolution is 2560x1080 it support the monitors max resolution.
The performance is decent for the most tasks except gaming...
