Dell xps 12 and adonit jot script support

After doing some extensive research to find out the xps 12 doesnt support digitizers, i ran into the jot script:

Its says it works only with ios but this video on youtube proves it works with windows 8 :

Unfortunatly the guy who posted the video (who is kinda of a weirdo...) didnt put anything regarding the specs of his laptop.. So will the jot script work with the xps12???
