Hi URAZ63,

What is the exact system model? What is the current OS installed on the system? What is the exact issue with the machine?

2000-0344 is a user reported graphics error, not a system detected error.

Kindly write a detailed description of the issue and we shall advise an optimal resolution.

Also, please click my DELL-username and write me a private conversation with the service tag and your contact details(Name and Email) for case records.

Let us know if you have any other queries.

Hi URAZ63,

Again, what is the exact system model?

"Ncnbh" - what is this word you are referring to?

Kindly write a detailed description of the issue. Are you able to play any games? Do you encounter any video driver crashes? Are there any system crashes / bluescreens?

Based on your response, we shall advise further course of action.

Hey, the computer simply does Rist on his own,

I play for three minutes or less, just a course

No blue screen, can not play anything, it just turns off after a few minutes.

I did this diagnostic test showed:

Hi URAZ63,

The 2000-0344 is a user responded error.

Run the LCD bist - Turn off the system and press and hold the "D" key + power button to turn on the system and it should run the LCD built in self test - see this link for more info - http://dell.to/1SkXNrG

If the above test passes, then the LCD is fine.

Now, you have mentioned that the "Intel's card is burned" - how and where have you confirmed this info?

If the Intel graphics has failed, then the motherboard is at fault and needs to be replaced.

If the system is under warranty, Please click my DELL-username and write me a private conversation with the service tag and your contact details(Name, Phone#, Address and Email). If there is no warranty, then you could contact our team to get a quote for a paid service call - http://dell.to/1vnT6CQ
