Display problems XPS 15 9530

Hi,

I'm having a lot of problems with the display with the Dell XPS 15 9530. The laptop is running W8.1 Pro and when in certain programs the font size looks completely fine.

For example, webpages viewed in IE generally display as normal, correct font size etc. However, in Outlook 2007, some emails will display as expected, with correct font size, but some will have the font so small that it's hard to read the contents.

This also causes problems in some programs when installing as the menus are completely skewed and you can't actually view the fields correctly.

I've ran a chkdsk, sfc /scannow, attempted to uninstall the graphics drivers (they just reinstall automatically after a reboot), update the graphics drivers and done a W8.1 refresh but the problems still persist.

Is anyone else having a similar problem? Or has anyone managed to solve it?
