E-Port Plus II, Dual U2417H, three displays?
Hello,
I have dual Dell U2417H monitors connected to a Dell docking station (E-Port Plus II) using Dell Precision Port Laptop. The problem I am having is that I am unable to get all three displays working simultaneously. If I place the computer into projector mode then I can get both external monitors working, but only in that configuration.
I am looking to get both external and Laptops displays working simultaneously, can you help? I am currently using the supplied Dell mDP (mini Display Port - HDMI to mDP interface) cables.

I do not know the procedure for setting up all three in the operating system which is why the thread is over here on the laptop video board. To see what other laptop users say.
I think that your dock has two full size DP (DisplayPort) out ports. So the setup should be =
Dock #1 DP out --> DP to mDP cable --> #1 U2417H mDP in (MST on)
#1 U2417H DP out --> DP to mDP cable --> #2 U2417H mDP in (MST off)
-or-
Dock #1 DP out --> DP to mDP cable --> #1 U2417H mDP in (MST off)
Dock #2 DP out --> DP to mDP cable --> #2 U2417H mDP in (MST off)
