Factory reset. Missing oporating system.
I rest my laptop Inspiron and it's missing the oporating system and I'm trying to figure out since my laptop runs windows 7 64 bit can I use a windows 7 32 bit start up disk to reinstall the oporating system without messing up my computer any further?

Ideally you will want to have the system stick with 64 bit, but regardless of that, do you know what model number the system is? And also, is there some error that comes up during the restore?
