FastAccess 3.0 Facial Recognition Download

I mistakenly uninstalled the FastAccess 3.0 Facial Recognition Software when I was setting up my system.  (Kept bothering me & didn't want to activate it then).  How can I re-download it?  I have a Dell Inspiron 23, Windows 10, 64 bit.
