Hardware Malfunction : NMI: IOCHK

I had sent my computer (600m) to Dell and they replaced the Motherboard. Now when I boot up the system, I get a blue screen with the following error:

Hardware Malfunction
NMI: Parity Check/Memory Parity Error
NMI: Channel Check/IOCHK
The system has halted

The system boots up in safe mode (but not in safe mode - with networking).
I disabled all the network adapters by booting in safe mode, and then rebooted the system. It works fine..but if I enable the Intel-ProWireless, the same blue screen appears.

Is it the problem with the hardware..or the drivers? What should I do?

I suggest you get in contact with Dell and demand that they fix your laptop!
