Hi Boris_yo,
Welcome to the Communtiy. Once you have updated your Bios you will Not be able to reverse back to the old version of the Bios. Check with Dell Support Center if you require the Bios update.
Thank you

Royan, what you are saying is only relevant to reversing to previous backed-up BIOS or any BIOS version available on DELL's support website for my laptop model?

Hi Boris,
There is no option to back up your Bios, before you do an update. Once you update your Bios, you will not be able to reverse those changes. This applies to any Dell System.
Bios Version 07 : www.dell.com/.../DriverFileFormats
Bios Version 08 : www.dell.com/.../DriverFileFormats

Well not exactly depends on the series. There are Hidden switches like /Jabil or /Forceit
but they dont work with every bios version.
