How do I disable a popup to upgrade?

This popup is imbedded in the lower right margin of my screen so that I cannot see the whole view.  I cannot move it.

Cannot read the rest.  It pops up about 5 minutes after turning on the computer and the only way I can make it go away is to enable Task Master and end the program entitled

Help?!?!?!?

Did not know that 'snips' would not post.  Popup is a rectangle which included an orange square with a caution sign in it.  The rest is a grey rectangle with a black dial icon and the word "upgrade..."  I cannot read the rest of it.  When I go to task manager the program I disable is called 'Dell datasafe data backup.

Hi,

Welcome to the Community. Please mention your system model, and OS when posting on the forum.

Read what is Dell Data Safe Local Backup.

support.dell.com/.../document

If you do not want it to pop up, then click on start, all programs, accessories, run, type in msconfig and click ok, click on the Startup Tab on Top, and uncheck anything that says Dell Data Safe, click on Apply and then click ok. Restart your computer.

Hope this helps.

Thank you
