How do I get my computer back to it's factory settings?

How do you set a windows XP computer back to its factory settings. I'm pretty sure thats the only thing that will save my computer.

You don't need the Internet to do a restore. Presumably since you're posting, you have access - did you read the instructions linked?

Well I am on another computer and considering the fact that I said it doesn't work on my computer why would I be on my computer if it doesnt have access to the internet because its messed up. Oh and by the way the factory setting list you gave me DOES NOT work and when I pressed crtl f11 the options that it told me to choose never came up

In that case, you must do a manual install of Windows.  If you don't have a disc, see below.  Then follow the instructions in the second link.
