How to disable permanently "Free Fall Sensor" hardware in BIOS? (Making new HDD retracts head)

Hello everybody,

I have a Dell XPS 15 L502x.

Every time I power on the laptop a free fall sensor event is detected in SMART of the HDD and I can hear a "clac" sound (the head being retracted) . Dell replaced me one HDD a year ago after one year of use, the replaced one now is dead and without warranty I have bought a new one and it's doing the same. The HDD is place in the DVD caddy bay.

Is it possible to disable the free fall sensor in BIOS?  The Free Fall Sensor event is generated only between the BIOS' logo and the starting windows' logo. This is not happening when I restart the computer, only if it was powered off.

I have the latest BIOS. update A12, with A11 it have the same behaviour.

Thank you.
