I get an error with the Dell diagnostic tool (which I'm trying to use because of internet browsing problems)
On the Dell diagnostics tool, I get to the "Checking for Support Assist" stage, and then it gets stuck on there for about 10 minutes then says it failed.
This may be part of a broader connectivity issue. For example:
*I can use Youtube as per normal, but Netflix's website barely loads (i get a white screen with just the names of the videos on the screen as inactive links).
*I can access about half the internet - for example: bbc.com and smh.com.au load after a really long time (and most images aren't there), while a site like espn.com loads like normal. Some sites also won't even load at all, such as imgtc.com where it says "secure connection failed".
*These problems happen in Chrome, Firefox, and Edge.
*I tried to delete and reload Chrome, but although I could download the Chrome uploader, the uploader just started and couldn't connect for about 10 minutes, before finally connecting.
If anyone has any ideas I'd be really grateful.

Just for reference, I've got an Inspiron 7348 2-in-1 and I'm running Windows 10.

Hi lachlan_123,
Thanks for posting.
Apologies that your system is not working as you expected.
From your description, it sounds like an internet connectivity issue. Have you tried resetting your modem and router? How about reinstalling your internet card software and drivers?
Try those, and if you are still unable to run the Support Assist, then please contact Tech Support.
You can contact Tech Support at 1-800-624-9896 or 1-800-288-4410, or you can initiate a chat session http://dell.to/2v4snVm
