I have a dell inspiron mini 1018 Windows 7 starter
It will not let me on .it says failure fixed disk 0.then it said press to resume and I press it and it says boot I select the hard drive and it says operating system not found

The hard drive has failed - you'll need a new 2.5" SATA notebook drive, 9.5 mm or slimmer.
