Inspiron 15 - 3000 Series
Hello,
I recently bought a INSPIRON 15 3000 Series laptop. I am facing this issue recently that I am not able to adjust the brightness of my laptop. The F11 & F12 key when pressed show option but then there is no change in the brightness. I tried changing it from the control panel also but no response. Can you please help me solve the issue??

Hi manpreet3153,
I would suggest you to update the BIOS, Video card and quickset driver on the system. Please enter your service tag # on the link below, select the OS, then download the BIOS and BIOS section, Video card driver from video section and Dell Quickset application from Application section onto the system and install it.

Hey It worked for me, I downloaded it and it worked. I just had to follow the instructions thanks
