Inspiron 15 3521 Keyboard Question

Hell, everyone. Long time Dell customer but new to laptops. My new laptop apparently has what is called a chiclet keyboard. All the keys work fine, but the right arrow key has no "click" to it and is squishy. It seems to work fine. Is this something to be expected and taken for granted. It doesn't bother me, except that I'd like to deal with it while it is new and under warranty than later if it becomes a real issue.

Thanks for reading. Any input would be appreciated.

Hi Jimmy,

If the key is working fine, you may use the system as normal. If you feel there is an issue with the keyboard key, we can perform a couple of troubleshooting steps to isolate the issue. If the issue persists, then we will have to replace the complete keyboard as there is no option to remove and reseat the key in chiclet keyboards.

Please reply if you have any questions.
