Inspiron 15 (3521), Windows 8, Games not working
just want to know why some games like crysis 2, counter strike 1.6, counter strike go... not working on my laptop (dell 3521 2gb amd 8730m graphic) i played this games on my pc having 512mb nvidia graphics win 7. these games working perfect on window 7 but why didnt work on win 8. i made these game compatible to win7 (like crysis2.exe - properties - and changed compatible mode to win 7) but still not worked no luck.. :( i asking this query because these games works perfectly on my friends sony vaio e-series laptop (having win 8, amd graphic 2gb).

Wrong forums but I'll try to help anyway. Cry2 on my system does not need to run in compatibility to work on Win8. I would start by updating all your drivers, the GPU first. If your games work on 7 but not 8 then that will be the most likely cause.
Make sure you update the GPU and DirectX. Those matter the most.
You may also want to check with Dell tech support about whether or not your BIOS needs updating. Just make sure you contact them first instead of trying to do it yourself. If you do not do it right, or even if you do, it could fail and brick the system.
