Inspiron 1501 not booting at all
I just ran into this problem last night, I turned off my computer and when I tried to turn it back on I got nil. The computer does power on but I don't get any sort of response from the monitor and nothing seems to be running at all. Anything I should try?

Remove the battery, unplug the system and hold the power button for 30 seconds. Remove and reinstall the memory modules and the hard drive.
Then try powering up again.

Ok, I gave it a shot and my caps lock LED (A) was blinking very rapidly, but still no response from the hard drive. Am I boned?
