Hi Prashant,
I would recommend you to perform Pre Boot System Assessment (PSA Diagnostics). To launch PSA diagnostics, please press and hold “Fn” key while turning on the system. Hold it down until the diagnostic starts.
You can refer to Dell Article 266787 on www.support.dell.com or click http://dell.to/oe1Qg1
Test the LCD in the System Setup (BIOS). To enter BIOS restart the computer and tap F2 key at the dell logo screen. If the issue persists on BIOS screen, then LCD assembly needs replacement.
Also, tap the back of the LCD to check if it is an issue because of a loose cable.
Please reply for further assistance.
Thanks & Regards

Hi,
As you said,i did PSA Diagnostics and i did not get any error or i did not find any problem.
Blinking happens under below mentioned condition:
1) When i select "Power Plan" as "Balanced" and set the Brightness to DEFAULT.
Blinking DOES NOT happens under below mentioned condition:
1) When i plug in/Power on the Adaptor.
2) When i set the brightness to MAXIMUM under "Power Plan"...."Balanced Option"

Prashant Prabhu.
