Inspiron 1626 mystery led blink code
greetings.
I have a a inspiron 1526 that won't boot. the fan comes on and the leds blink: numlock solid, caps and scroll blinking. I can find dell support documents detailing the blink codes for other models, but not the 1526. Does anyone know the meaning of 1526 blink codes?

Do you mean to imply that this code is for a RAM problem? I have tried with modules reseated, with spare ones I had, and with none installed. In all cases the problem was unchanged.
No video ever displays onscreen, so I am suspecting the GPU. I'd like if I had a page in Dell's documentation where I could confirm diagnosis by interpreting the code it is giving me. Such pages exist for other models, like below, but none are for the Inspiron 1526.

Again, there is no video so no way to get codes from the BIOS. The screen never comes on and the keyboard LEDs are the only source of diagnostic information. I've found tables for other models but can't for the 1526. Unless you can direct me to such a table or convince dell to release one if it never did, there's probably nothing you can do to help me.
Thank you.
