Inspiron 640m problem

Hi all,

I have an Inspiron 640m that's not booting up; the num lock LED is flashing while the caps and scroll lock LEDs remain constantly glowing, but I haven't been able to find what exactly this means. Does anybody know, or know where I could find out?
