Inspiron 660s - Won't turn on (orange light with two beeps a time)

Greetings,

DELL Inspiron 660s was working fine yesterday, but today when I tried to turn it on, the power button instead of turning white and starting the computer, it just blinks an orange color, the fan starts but the computer does not boot and start.

Can anyone help me with this issue please? The computer is brand new by the way, with only a couple of months of usage until now.

Thank you in advance.

Two beeps usually mean no Memory (RAM) detected and the orange light indicate a problem with the power supply. Please try the steps below:

1. Unplug the AC adapter from the laptop and from wall socket. Remove any Peripherals(external drive, printer, etc) from the laptop.

2. Remove the battery from the computer

3. Press and hold in the "Power On" button for 20 seconds then release

4. Plug the Ac adapter into the wall socket, then the laptop

5. Press the "Power On " button. Hopefully your computer start normally

If the steps didn't work, click on the link below and check the status of your warranty. After, call Dell support.
