Now, that light is flashing first solid green, then 4 flashes red. And it won't stop! What is it? And how can I make it stop? Hi Kawhitehurst,
Welcome to the Community. The LED's are power, hard drive activity, and battery. I suggest you remove the battery, disconnect that AC adapter, press and hold the power button for 15 seconds and let go of it. Then connect that battery and the ac adapter and then try powering on.
If you are able to see the Dell Logo when you power on. Press the F12 key at the Dell Logo on startup, select diagnostics and run an extended diagnostics on your computer. Post back with any error codes.
Thank you
Royan

Hi Royan, I tried this and the light still blinks, no error codes came up after running the extended diagnostics. Computer seems to run fine otherwise....
