Inspiron n5010 Bluetooth won't work.
I have an Inspiron n5010 that I bought about two years ago that has recently began developing problems. I reinstalled the OS, Windows 7, 64 bit lately, and ever since I've been having trouble with the Bluetooth. The computer can't find any Bluetooth devices, specifically I'm attempting to connect a Bluetooth mouse. I'ved tested the mouse with another computer and it works fine there, but my Inspiron won't detect it. I attempted to download and install the newest driver from Dell's website, but when installing it it simply says "activate bluetooth using wireless switch" and will not go on past that. I'm not sure what further infromation I need to provide, but I'll gladly give anything if you can help me with this problem.

Looking in the Device Manager, there is no heading labled "Bluetooth" even when I check "Show Hidden Devices" under "View". I'm certain the heading was there before I reinstalled the OS, but it does not seem to be there now. In addition, the link you say to refer to yields the following error.
"We have encountered a problem while processing the page you requested.
