Is my T7400 2.16GHz Processor 64bit?

My laptop has a Intel® Core™2 Duo Processor T7400 2.16GHz in it and when i looked up the processor on intel's website it said instrution set 64-bit and under Advanced Technologies it say's Intel® 64 does this mean my processor is/supports 64bit operating systems and software?

Yes, it is capable of 64-bit operation. All Core 2 Duo CPUs are.
