If MD isn't working correctly because, oh gosh! you want more than 2 partitions, then pressing the button will trash your master boot record. Yes, we want a way to completely disable this button.
yeah I would need to disable my MD button too... I only slide button with my finger... and MD runs itself... So anybody know how to disable the button completely?

I'm not sure I completely understand your post. Do you simply want to remove Media Direct completely from your system?
