Issue on video and bitlocker

Hey, good morning for everyone...

I'm having a problem with my notebook Dell Latitude E6330. If I enable the Microsoft Bitlocker, my notebook displays a weird screen when I turn it on.

Behind this screen the BitLocker is waiting for my password. If I type it, the O.S. loads normally and I can use my notebook.

I've already tried to update BIOS version, VGA and Chipset drivers. Didn't work.
When I disable the Bitlocker the problem disappears...

Someone already had that problem? Any tips?
