Keyboard Backlight for Dell Inspiron 15R SE (7520) not working!
I bought Dell Inspiron 15R SE (7520) like a week back. The laptop is just fantastic and it's working pretty well as intened. Today i just found out that this laptop has a KEYBOARD BACKLIGHT. I turned it on from the Windows Mobility Center, but it's not working at all, do i need to install any drivers for it? Please do help me with this issue as i work mostly during night time and a backlight would really help.
Thanks.

Hi ark2190,
The Inspiron 15R SE 7520 has a backlit keyboard; you can follow the steps below to switch on the backlit keyboard.
Press < Fn >< F6 > once to turn on the keyboard back light. Press < Fn >< F6 > second time to decrease the brightness of the keyboard back light and pressing < Fn >< F6 > for the third time turns off the keyboard back light. After doing the above steps and still the backlit keyboard is not on, I would also request you to send a private message with your system service tag, as I need to check a few more details about the computer. Hi there,
I have the same problem, I push fn and f6 and the backlight still doesn't come on. The power key is backlit but none of the others are.
