Keyboard from French to English

I am using Dell QuietKey.  Somehow my keyboard was changed to French setting.  When I press Shift and then DOT or PERIOD, instead of the Larger Then symbol, it is the Quote symbol.  And when I press Quote symble the È charater comes up, so on and so forth.  I have already check my Regional Setting, Language Setting and the Keyboard setting.  They are all set in Canadian English, but the keyboard is still in French.
