Hello Jenniffer,
we have exactly the same problem with 5 new Dell Latitude E7450 in our company.
We couldn´t find the driver for this unknown device with the Hardware-ID: ACPI\INT3420
The Dell Service Tag is: <ADMIN NOTE: Service tag removed per privacy policy>
