Laptop computer robbed

Hello,

I was in the train wagon, when i fall asleep and someone robbed my laptop computer inside my bag

I didn't notice that the computer was missing, since i got of the train, this is very annoying now.

So can someone tell me how to call the Dell customer support without my computer serial number

Because it always ask for the computer serial to send them an email.

And obviously the serial number is in the back of the computer.

I only have my order costumer number, and i don't know how to find my computer serial without the computer
