Laptop won't turn on
I just received a refurbished DELL Latitude laptop. I plugged it in for 8 full hours like instructions said. When I attempt to turn it on, the Green power light comes on for about 3seconds then goes off. Immediately after, the Green battery light blinks once but that's all that happens. I tried taking battery out and holding down power button, then replaced battery..still nothing.
No Events found!

Try while holding the Fn button down, hit the power button, don't release the Fn button
or
Hold the D key, press the power button, release both

Hi dianadawn,
I am sorry about the situation; try with a known good AC adapter and check if the issue persists. In addition please remove and reseat the memory and check if the issue persists.

In this link punch in the system service tag or express service code and you can access the user manual. In case the issue persists after performing the above steps then it may be an issue with the motherboard.
