Lat E6430 Video update failure.

I have been working through the BIOS and driver updates prior to doing a Win10 Upgrade.

Successfully updated BIOS to latest version

Then did the Chipset driver updates.     I made several additional restore points too.

Next was the Intel Video driver update - it appeared to work.   However, when the screen flashes continually.   So something is wrong.

I tried a restore - and that is failing, so te Restore is not being implemented.    It is hard to read the screen, however it does suggest turning off AV - which I have done.  I still cannot get a successful restore.

What are my next actions?
