M11x Rubber Feet and Left Palmrest Rubber Fallen Off

Hey guys,

I had a headache, its getting worse by the day!

It started last year, the first to go was the bottom left rubber, followed by the rest of them pretty quickly! When I now use my M11x on a table it makes this humming noise and its really starting to drive me mad! The left palmrest rubber has also disappeared, the screen now touches the keyboard and its a right mess! The right rubber has also worn really quickly and isn't much left of it at all! I haven't abused this laptop in any way, I'm a media student and use it daily but abused it has not been.

I phoned the repair phone line last year complaining about this but they seem to have just fobbed me off. I have 20 days left of my warranty and would really like some new rubber. I have found a thread about this on these forums and a Dell representative clearly states that Dell will replace these under warranty, why was I fobbed off over the phone?
