I have made a service call a month ago and the problem was narrowed down to the NIC driver. since then i have not seen any new releases or any solutions to the issue that has been happening.
Anybody else having the same trouble with your M4500?

Since I have made this post, there has been an updated release of the Intel network driver. All of the BSODs have stopped.
