Yes, with one caveat: it MUST be low density RAM. Most PC133 is high density and will not work.

There is some on Ebay, you just have to search for the specific type for it to show up.A search for(256mb pc-100 sodimm low-density)
turns up about 15 with this one being the best in my opinion.I bought this same Samsung 256 mb pc-100 low density for my c600
on ebay a few weeks ago.Works great!

Hi there
Thanks guys for your replies , I am in the UK , and there is not many of these on ebay , the shipping cost from the states , is bit two much , I had answere regarding the same query I have you guy's from Crucial ,and they have said that I could use there 133MHZ memory , they where saying and quote ,
' Thanks for the email. Memory is designed to be backward-compatible, so , you can safely add faster memory to your computer. However, your system will operate at the slower speed. As a result PC133 is the correct memory for this system. The following link has your upgrade options listed:
what do you think .

Call Dell. Upon proof of ownership they will assist you.

This is not on the memory subject but is for a D600 Laptop. I have a few that are being returned from a lease and have "Power On" passwords with no way of getting them. Is there a way to reset or get around this. I know it is in the BIOS but there has to be a way to bypass this login.
