Monitors go blank for 10-20 seconds

Hi all,

We (our IT dept.) are experiencing a problem where the monitors blank out for 10-20 with the following setup:

Dell Latitude E7450

Win 7 Pro 64bit

PR02X E-Port Replicator

2 Dell G2410 monitors, DVI

What we've tried so far:

Updated system bios to A11

Updated Synaptics VMM3320 MST HUB Firmware to A04

Turned off all sleep modes and power savers

Changed video connections from Display Port to DVI

Exchanged E-Port replicator for new one, including power supply

We are running out of things to try, we have numerous users having this issue.

Ideas???
