My laptop freezes while playing games

even in the high performances it's same as before

even when i set graphic card to default use, problem doesn't solved

We can try few steps to isolate the problem:

Changing the power option plan might help, please follow the below mentioned steps:

1. Click “Start”.
2. Select” Control panel”.
3. Select “System and security”.
4. Select “Power options”.
5. Select “High performance”.
6. Restart the system.

Now please play the games and check the performance.

I appreciate the steps that you have tried, as the issue still persists please change the Advance power settings. Follow the steps mentioned below:

1. Click Start button, click Control Panel, click System and Security, and then click Power Options.
2. On the Select a power plan page, click Change plan settings for the plan that you want to change.
3. On the Change settings for the plan page, click Change advanced power settings.
4. On the Advance settings tab, expand Sleep, expand Allow Hybrid Sleep, and choose OFF.
5. On the Advanced settings tab, expand Sleep, expand Allow wake timers, choose Disable for both when your computer is running on battery and when it's plugged in, and then click OK.
6. Expand “Hard disk” and select the time and change it to “Never”.
7. Expand “Display” and select the time and change it to “Never”.
8. Expand “Multimedia” and expand “When playing Video” and change it to “Optimize video quality”.         
9. Select Apply and then OK to save the changes.

Now check the functionality of the computer by playing games without connecting the Ac adapter and reply for further help.
